The excitement surrounding the Tiago EV's launch had been building for months, owing primarily to the vehicle's low price point in comparison to most other EVs on the market in India. The Tiago EV, which sits below the Tigor EV, is Tata Motors' attempt to make electric vehicles more accessible to Indian buyers. On Word EV Day, September 9, the company addressed speculation about its launch date for the first time. Tata Tiago EV Price and Bookings

As previously stated, the Tiago EV is priced at Rs 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base model. This makes the electric car roughly Rs 3 lakh more expensive than the petrol Tiago. As with most other EVs on the market in India, the difference is not significant. This contributes to the Tiago EV being the most affordable electric vehicle in India right now.

The new Tiago EV is available in four trim levels: XE, XT, XZ+, and XZ+ Tech Lux. The XE has a single trim, whereas the XT, XZ+, and XZ+ Tech Lux each have two options based on battery and charging capacity. Here is a price list for each variant.
