Infinix Hot 12 Play vs Redmi 10A vs Moto E32s: Design

The design of the Moto E32s is appealing. Motorola has used a glass-like finish on the back, which makes it look elegant, which is not something we can say about most budget smartphones on the market. It has a punch-hole cutout on the screen where the front camera is. The Moto E32s has a fingerprint sensor on the side. The overall design is straightforward, but that suits us.

In comparison, the Infinix Hot 12 Play, which has a plastic back panel and a frame on the sides, is the ideal budget phone. The fingerprint sensor is located at the back, as it is on the Redmi 10A. In that regard, the Redmi 10A's design is mostly uncomplicated, but the rear camera module is busy but unappealing.

Infinix Hot 12 Play vs Redmi 10A vs Moto E32s: Display

The Moto E32s has a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 7201600 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Infinix Hot 12 Play comes with a larger 6.82-inch HD+ display with 7201612 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. In comparison to these two, the Redmi 10A has a 6.53-inch HD+ display with 7201600 but lacks high refresh rate support. In terms of screen-to-body ratio, the Moto E32s has 82.9 percent, the Infinix Hot 12 Play has 84.5 percent, and the Redmi 10A has 81%. The primary strength of the display on these phones is unlikely to be brightness.

Infinix Hot 12 Play vs Redmi 10A vs Moto E32s: Performance

Motorola has equipped the new Moto E32s with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 chipset, as well as 3GB and 4GB RAM. Storage options include 32GB and 64GB, which can be expanded further. The Infinix Hot 12 Play is powered by a Unisoc T610 processor with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage, respectively.

The Redmi 10A, on the other hand, is powered by an older MediaTek Helio G25 processor with 3GB, 4GB, and 6GB RAM options. Based on the history of these chipsets, it is safe to say that the Moto E32s will outperform the other two, but not significantly.

In terms of software, both the Moto E32s and the Infinix Hot 12 Play ship with Android 12. The Redmi 10A is still running Android 11, which places it at the bottom of our list.

Infinix Hot 12 Play vs Redmi 10A vs Moto E32s: Cameras

With the Moto E32s, which has a triple rear camera setup of 16MP + 2MP + 2MP cameras, Motorola is also pushing the sensor count in the budget segment. The Infinix Hot 12 Play has a dual rear camera unit with a 13MP and a QVGA sensor, whereas the Redmi 10A only has a single 13MP camera. The Moto E32s and Hot 12 Play both have an 8MP selfie camera on the front, but the Redmi 10A only has a 5MP camera. More sensors do not always imply higher quality, but in this case, the Moto E32s clearly outperforms the other two.
